Mission
We hope to spread happiness through art and help children express themselves!
Every child deserves to have a creative outlet and we've all been lucky enough to have one. We believe that it's time to share the privilege that we've grown up with.
Our Initiative
It's your turn now was created by two students in May of 2020. The two of us realized how lucky we were to have found a form of art that we loved and gave us a creative outlet. We wanted to be able to share that with others. That's when It's your turn now was created.

We hope to spread happiness through art and aim at providing children the means to express themselves. When we talk about art, we mean all of it- dance, drama, singing, painting, etc. Any art form is welcome here!

Meet The Core Team
Mehak Khandelwal
Hey everyone! I'm Mehak, a high schooler from Bangalore. I've taken classes for art, drama, singing, and dance all my life and because of that, I've always been able to express myself. I love to bake and travel. I believe that every child deserves a creative outlet and we're able to give them one through this initiative, which makes me very happy
Ananya Purwar
Being a performer from a very young age, I love expressing myself. The last couple of years, it's primarily been dancing. In this pandemic, I continue to enjoy and explore various forms of art. Many other kids do not have the resources to do so. Through this initiative, I hope to spark the creative minds of as many children as possible.

Purva Ganeshan
Hello everyone! I’m Purva and I’m from Bangalore. I’ve always considered myself highly fortunate to be able to express myself through singing, dancing and art. I think that this should be an opportunity that everyone should have. Everybody should have an outlet for expressing their emotions and deepest thoughts in a constructive manner. I joined It’s Your Turn Now because it promotes this cause and believes in equal rights and opportunities. Through this wonderful initiative we’re making changes to this world one step at a time!

The thing about art that I love is that it can be anything, starting from music and dance to paintings and canvas’. Not only do I love to perform these unique styles but also love to see different people share their own perspective of art. From a young age I have always been excited to express how I feel through such activities rather than words, and to plan events for helping people around me. ‘It’s Your Turn Now’ gave me the opportunity to be a part of such events. By joining this initiative I would love to engage in events to spread joy during the pandemic.

Anya Khandelwal
My name is Anya Khandelwal, and I'm from Kolkata. I enjoy all types of art and have taken lessons in a few, including art and several forms of dance. Joining this initiative fulfilled all of my goals to volunteer in a social service organisation!
Vani Tambi
Hey! I’m Vani Tambi from Kolkata. I am a seventeen year old and I love to dance and resin art and experiment with all other types of art. I love helping people and animals and i am soo glad to be associated with this initiative because it gives kids the freedom they want!
