Expressing yourself in the simplest terms is relaying or communicating one’s thoughts and emotions. It could be as simple as telling somebody what happened in your day or it could even be public speaking at a major event. Different people have different methods of expressing themselves. You can either find a method that suits you or you could find a method that is out of your comfort zone. Any way that you are letting out those feelings and not bottling them up is good for you. i) TAKE UP AN ART FORM
Art helps you to express yourself without having the need to communicate with others. There are several different art forms that you can take up such as-

ii) WRITE ABOUT YOUR EMOTIONS
Many people write when they think they can’t tell others what they feel. There are various methods of writing-
